Position Summary
As the SCM Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic supply chain initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics and process mining tools. This role involves working cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities, develop dashboards, and share actionable insights with various stakeholders. You will focus on ensuring efficient supply chain operations for our premium products, aligning forecasts, managing allocations, and driving data-driven decision-making.Role and Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
Purchase Sales and Inventory (PSI) Forecasting:
- Review and adjust Sell-in, Sell-out, and Channel Inventory forecasts for A Series and Tablet products weekly based on trends, past performance, targets, and market insights.
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimize PSI operations.
System Management:
- Ensure accurate upload of aligned forecasts into the company system to reflect sales plans effectively.
Supply Management and Coordination:
- Manage incoming supply from the factory and coordinate with the Headquarter SCM team to secure the correct product mix for upcoming months.
Allocation:
- Strategically allocate stocks to channels to ensure optimal PSI operations and target achievement.
Mid- and Long-Term Target Planning:
- Participate in establishing mid- and long-term sales plans, considering PSI risks and opportunities.
Data Analysis:
- Provide analytics support to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
KPI Management:
- Monitor and manage SCM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Achievement Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Adequacy, and Aging Inventory Rate.
Weekly Business Review Meeting:
- Host the weekly "SCM Day" meeting with the team to discuss key concerns and ensure alignment.
B2B Forecasting:
- Align B2B requirements for the Mobile Experience product group to secure stocks in advance.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in supply chain.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, V/H lookups, Sumifs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
