Under close supervision, assists in keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Assists in organizing deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization. Responsible for activities related to supplying of points of sales, such as shipment of company products, preparation of custom declaration, etc. Cooperates closely with company purchasing department. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.

岗位职责：

1、  根据货物信息获得物流费用报价，控制进出口物流成本，核对费用账单，提交付款申请。熟悉进出口相关政策、关税及监管要求，确保进出口业务合规，规避政策风险。

2、  准备进出口报关单证，确保资料真实合规，对接报关行、海关完成报关报检工作。跟踪通关进度，处理通关过程中的异常问题，确保货物顺利放行。

3、  对接物流供应商与货代，规划进出口运输方案，确认运输时效及费用，下达运输指令。跟踪货物运输全流程，掌握货物在途状态，处理运输异常（延误、破损等）。衔接仓库做好货物收发、清点、入库/出库工作，核对货物信息，确保账货一致。

4、  对接销售、生产等部门，同步进出口物流进度，配合完成业务衔接。整理归档进出口报关等相关资料。

5、  按照采购、供应商管理程序要求，收集资质文件并审核，完成供应商准入流程，建立合格供应商清单。定期开展供应商绩效评估、供应商评审、供应商资质文件更新，确保供应商管理符合质量体系以及MARMON SPI的要求。

6、  完善采购、供应商管理流程与制度，规范采购操作。

7、  协助部门负责人完成其它指定工作；
