El Operador de Producción (Turno Tarde), reportará al Supervisor de Producción, será responsable de asegurar la continuidad de la producción en
óptimas condiciones de calidad, seguridad y  productividad, aplicando  en todo momento  las  normas  de GMP y  EHS según los entrenamientos recibidos.

Responsabilidades:

• Opera  las  estuchadoras  /  apiladores  /  codificadores  /  balanzas  dinámicas  /  encintadoras  /  acumuladores  / etiquetadoras,  etc.  en  forma  integral,  incluyendo  todas  las  regulaciones  básicas  necesarias  para  que  los productos obtenidos cumplan con todos los controles en proceso. 

• Desarma, lava y arma las máquinas a su cargo.

• Colabora junto al Asistente de Mantenimiento con el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las maquinas a su cargo.

• Asegura la aplicación de LOTO cuando corresponda.

• Da aviso inmediato a  los FLL / Asistente de Mantenimiento / Jefe del Sector  ante  una situación atípica, por ejemplo desviaciones de proceso o condiciones insegura en los equipos a su cargo.

• Da  soporte  al  operador  de  empaque  primario  para  su  reemplazo  temporal,  dobles  controles  y  soporte  para tareas de limpieza y cambio de lote.

• Realiza registros de OEE, causas de paros, en logbooks (de equipos, de diferencial de presión, de limpieza de cuartos, etc) y Control de Mermas.

• Realiza los controles en proceso sobre la producción de su máquina o cuarto a cargo.

• Cumplir con los requerimientos del sistema de producción HAPS, realización de problem solvings, 5S zoning, OSW y performance management.

¿Por qué tú?

Tus calificaciones requeridas: 

• Formación: Secundario Completo.

• Experiencia: +1 año de experiencia previa en roles similares en el sector de producción en la industria de consumo masivo/farmacéutica/alimenticia/cosmética/automotriz/similares

• Paquete Office: Nivel Básico.

• Inglés: Nivel Básico.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar full time en un esquema 100% presencial de LUNES A VIERNES de 14:00 a 22:15 hs. en nuestra planta ubicada en la zona de San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Será un plus:

• Conocimiento en SAP.

• Contar con título técnico.

• Conocimiento de normas GMP (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura)
