Job Description Summary

The Early in Careers Talent Advisor is responsible for supporting the attraction, engagement, and hiring of early career talent, including interns, graduates, apprentices, and entry-level professionals. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have approximately two years of recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or related administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to leverage technology and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.

Job Description

Recruitment Coordination & Delivery

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, graduates, apprentices, and entry-level talent.
  • Schedule interviews, assessment centers, and candidate events.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.

Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring demand.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including universities and educational institutions.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and candidate status.

Talent Attraction

  • Support campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing activities through CRM systems, talent pools, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Help engage prospective candidates through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.

Process & Administration

  • Ensure recruitment data is accurately maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and data privacy requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Technology & Systems

  • Utilize ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies effectively to manage talent pipelines.
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns and talent community engagement through CRM platforms.
  • Leverage technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and candidate engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, HRIS, or related recruitment technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting university, graduate, intern, or apprentice hiring programs.
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience working with high-volume hiring activities.
