Join our Team 

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Purchasing Supervisor to join our Purchasing Team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Purchasing Manager in overseeing daily purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of goods and services at the best quality, price, and terms, while strictly adhering to Four Seasons policies, ethical standards, and cost-control procedures.

Ideal Candidate 

 We are looking for an individual who possesses: 

• 2 to 4 years of experience in hotel purchasing or materials management

• Previous experience in a luxury or international hotel brand preferred

• Knowledge of OS&E, FF&E, F&B, and Engineering purchasing is an advantage

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good knowledge of hotel operational departments

• Strong negotiation and supplier communication skills

• Proficient in Excel and purchasing systems

• Ability to work under pressure in a luxury hospitality environment
