About the role
Summary of Job:
Work with all aspects of company Information Technology systems to support 1000 users in multiple locations. Primary purpose of this position is to impact the speed of which inbound tickets are touched, triaged, escalated and resolved.Education and Experience:
0–2 years (or equivalent internship/coop) preferred
Experience supporting both office and field-based users is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with clear communication skills
- Ability to support a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and endpoint management tools
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and service management practices
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (VPN, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Visio, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation - Expected travel to job sites/offices.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule.
