About the role
- Provide project and program leadership across products at different R&D stages and lifecycle phases within assigned regulatory portfolios.
- Translate regulatory and business strategy into executable plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities.
- Monitor the critical path, proactively identifying vulnerabilities, risks, or delays, and engaging stakeholders to address them.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of regulatory studies in collaboration with regulatory stakeholders.

- Facilitate effective governance and decision‑making by enabling structured discussions, prioritization, and trade‑off assessments.
- Proactively manage risks, changes, and dependencies that may impact regulatory timelines or outcomes.
- Act as a change agent, driving adoption of consistent ways of working across teams.
- Facilitate global regulatory team interactions to ensure alignment, decision clarity, and follow‑through.
- Maintain close connection with regional and country teams to support submission planning and execution.

- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, business, or related field.
- Experience in regulatory, scientific, or complex cross‑functional project environments.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
