Join the Analytics organization at HP Inc. and play a key role in driving large-scale supply chain transformation and digital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies.
- Drive end-to-end program and project management for complex initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Support Supply Chain Planning processes (demand & supply planning) to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory efficiency.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, with exposure to SAP platforms such as ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW.
- Lead or contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment of digital planning tools and analytics solutions.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems, ensuring smooth rollouts at scale.
- Utilize project and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent) to track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking for senior leadership visibility.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong program and project management experience, particularly in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive communication across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in supply chain, planning, or operations environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise digital transformation programs (SAP preferred).
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and execution skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, or program/project management roles.
- Experience in leading or supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred.
- Academic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Analytics preferred.
