About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally excellent Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support and execute thought leadership and executive positioning strategies.
This is an execution-driven, operational role requiring a blend of project management, social media savvy, and corporate professionalism. You will manage the day-to-day coordination, content trafficking, and community management for high-profile executive LinkedIn accounts.
The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, possesses razor-sharp attention to detail, and has the poise and judgment required to navigate complex corporate structures.
What You’ll Do
As the operational engine of our delivery, you will report to the Account Director / Lead and collaborate daily with the core agency team and the wider integrated agency team (IAT). Your day-to-day ownership includes:
- Project Management & Coordination: Maintain status trackers, WIP documents, and timelines across multiple project lines. Schedule and run internal meetings (including key weekly alignment sessions), capture action items, and manage traffic flow across the agency.
- Executive LinkedIn Management: Handle high-frequency publishing and daily monitoring of comments/messages. Engage using approved brand voices, triage inbox messages, conduct social listening, and escalate risks when necessary. (Direct interaction with the executives themselves will remain low).
- Content & Approval Support: Manage rigorous feedback and approval rounds with day-to-day stakeholders. Assist with fact-checking, sourcing assets, packaging content, and occasionally drafting social copy.
- Admin & Rhythm: Manage timesheets, write meeting notes (contact reports) and status reports, and keep shared folders and Monday.com boards organized.
- Key Deliverables: Own the delivery of editorial calendars, draft social copy, community management logs, performance/sentiment reports, and meeting contact reports.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: Previous experience in an agency setting (PR, Social, or Digital) or an in-house corporate communications role.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn (publishing, analytics, and community management).
- Tools: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Monday.com.
- Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with the consulting, accounting, professional services, or financial industries.
- Attention to Detail: An editorial eye for proofreading, formatting, and compliance.
- High Judgment: The ability to navigate complex, multi-layered approval chains and recognize brand risks.
- AI/LLM Aptitude: Familiarity with or a strong curiosity for leveraging AI/LLM tools to optimize workflow efficiency, content ideation, and reporting.
- Proactive Communicator: Ability to anticipate next steps, identify bottlenecks, and flag solutions.
