A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Commercial Deployment team supporting the TURMECA and ACEE regions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations, business analytics, sales effectiveness, and strategic program deployment within a global healthcare organization.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys working with data, asks thoughtful questions, and wants to understand how analytics can influence business decisions. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with a willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, international environment

Internship details:

• Start date: August 2026
• Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 h/week
• Work model: Hybrid (2/3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Assist in collecting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing commercial performance data from multiple sources
• Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales effectiveness, CRM adoption, commercial deployment, and strategic initiatives
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and insights for leadership reviews and business meetings
• Support process documentation, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in monitoring user adoption and performance of commercial tools and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams
• Contribute to ad-hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives as required

Required Knowledge and Skills: 

• Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in STEM fields or Business or Economics
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis functions
• Interest in business analytics, commercial operations, and data-driven decision making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Would be a plus:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles
• Knowledge of SQL is considered a strong advantage
• Experience with Tableau, Power Query, Power Automate, or other analytics tools is a plus
