Senior FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis, Forecasting, Financial Modeling and Budgeting).

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and managing financial data, contributing to the company’s strategic decision-making process. Evaluating financial performance and impacts, identifying trends, conducting data management and visualization, and providing the right visibility and insight into drivers. You will work closely with the DR vice president, FP&A team, People and culture, and accounting department. This role will be reported to the Director, International Finance and collaborate frequently with internal stakeholders.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Advanced Modeling & Logic: Design and maintain complex 3-statement financial models, ensuring the underlying logic is scalable and supports long-term strategic decisions.

  • Business Partnering: Lead the annual budget and forecasting cycles by working directly with department heads to align their plans with company goals.

  • Actionable Insights: Generate periodic reports that don't just show numbers, but highlight clear trends, financial risks, and real opportunities for the business.

  • Investment & Project Appraisal: Independently analyze the viability of new projects and investments (ROI/NPV), providing clear recommendations to leadership.

  • Process Ownership: Take full responsibility for identifying and fixing inefficiencies in the reporting cycle (monthly, quarterly, annual) to improve speed and accuracy.

  • Executive Communication: Translate complex financial data into simple, compelling presentations for stakeholders and senior executives.

  • Governance & Controls: Support the implementation of new accounting policies, internal controls, and international compliance (like transfer pricing) as the business grows.

  • Strategic Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for high-level stakeholder requests, providing quick and accurate analysis for unplanned business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in FP&A roles (5+ years) ideal in a multi-entity environment (USA/DR/CAN).

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and Google Suite. Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.

  • Advanced speaking and written English.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial findings.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on financial trends and related technologies.
