Starting at $18.69/hr (up to $21.14/hr)
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Will be required to learn multiple finishing room jobs
· Move material and use computerized production tracking system
· Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow those instructions
· Meet production goals and established quality standards
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
· Perform tasks required for the success of the department

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
· Two to three years of work experience
· Knowledge of safe work practices
· High School diploma or GED preferred
· Ability to read a tape measure
· Math skills
· Ability to read/write/communicate in English
· Ability to work in a team environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, climbing stairs, and pulling
· May be required to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs as well as push/pull carts
· Hand dexterity and strength
· Will be exposed to finishing materials, vapors or fumes on a regular basis
· Overtime is required, including weekends sometimes with little or no advance notice
· May be required to work a flexible schedule
· It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis
