Your Role and Responsibilities

You will play a strategic role in shaping and continuously improving the production organization, optimizing assembly methods, manufacturing processes, and equipment performance across both internal operations and the external supplier network.

Your mission will be to enable efficient, scalable production by reducing labor content while achieving ambitious targets for quality, cost, delivery, and safety. You will define robust production methods, optimize cycle times, and ensure the right balance between materials, equipment, and process capabilities.

Working closely with suppliers, you will contribute to the development of new production processes, defining assembly sequences and manufacturing concepts that meet cost, investment, and industrial performance objectives.

In this role, you will contribute to what truly keeps industry moving, taking ownership of critical manufacturing activities that translate strategy into operational excellence.

You will be accountable for:

  • Approving internal and external manufacturing process designs and leading final process and equipment validation activities

  • Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and targets for quality, cost, and performance

  • Supporting production during start-up phases, including process stabilization, action plans, and operator training activities

  • Evaluating, introducing, and deploying new manufacturing technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency

  • Ensuring daily production continuity, proactively addressing issues to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments

Qualifications for the Role

  • Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Management Engineering or similar.

  • You are skilled in lean production methodologies

  • You are passionate about innovation, production processes and sustainability.

  • You possess a strong problem solving attitude

  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English languages, both written and spoken
