Job Summary 
 

The Marketing Analytics, Operations & Lead Management Specialist supports global marketing by delivering accurate reporting, managing lead flow, and maintaining data quality across Salesforce and related systems. This role builds dashboards, resolves data issues, routes high‑priority inbound leads, and supports operational processes that enable consistent measurement and efficient marketing execution.

What will you do?

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and GA4.
  • Produce weekly/monthly reporting with clear trend commentary.
  • Track funnel performance (Lead → MQL → SAL → SRL → MSO) and validate data with Sales Ops.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and support new report development, testing, and documentation.


Lead Management & Data Quality

  • Manage routing for inbound leads from chatbot, web forms, and tradeshows.
  • Identify and correct data issues (country names, campaign codes, duplicates, incomplete records).
  • Maintain lead assignment rules and ensure timely routing of high‑priority leads.
  • Conduct ongoing data hygiene checks and escalate systemic issues.


Chatbot Transcript Analysis

  • Review chatbot transcripts to identify intents, friction points, and escalation triggers.
  • Support routing logic improvements and map conversation data into Salesforce.
  • Monitor routing accuracy and recommend enhancements to prompts, workflows, and self‑serve resources.


Operational Support

  • Manage intake for reporting and analytics requests; gather requirements and translate into task briefs.
  • Partner with IT/Sales Ops on enhancements and minor system updates.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and dashboard usage guides.



What we look for?

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in marketing analytics, digital analytics, marketing operations, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and database concepts.
  • Ability to write SQL for data modification, transformation, and enhancement.
  • Experience exporting, joining, and manipulating data across systems.
  • Strong documentation, testing, and validation skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UTM frameworks, campaign naming, and attribution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to project coordination or requirement gathering.
  • Basic knowledge of GA4, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with chatbot routing or transcript analysis (nice to have).

  • Accurate dashboards delivered consistently.
  • Reduction in data errors and improved lead routing performance.
  • Increased adoption of naming conventions and data hygiene standards.
  • Positive feedback from marketing teams on clarity and usability of reports.
