SAP OTC Retail Consultant - Inventory Visibility, Store Ordering and Replenishment Analyst

The SAP In-Store Merchandising and Inventory Analyst is responsible for supporting actions such as defining and solutioning the store operations capabilities outside of point of sale integration with a focus on the in-store mobile application.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Working closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to align in-store activities with broader business goals 
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP Retail solutions
• Support the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Retail modules, particularly those related to in-store merchandising and inventory management 
• In-Store Merchandise and Inventory Management (MIM) functionality:
• Overseeing the use of features for managing purchase orders, customer orders, promotions, goods movements, and physical inventory counts at the store level
• Working with master data, including article master (product information), vendor master data, and store master data, to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the SAP system
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitoring stock levels and goods movements in real-time using SAP tools. 
  • Conducting physical inventory and cycle counts
  • Overseeing and managing stock counts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy

Here's what you need: 

• 1+ year of experience in the following SAP Retail modules: SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Advanced Available to Promise (aATP) and SAP CAR Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA)
• Strong understanding of retail processes to include in-store operations, merchandising, and inventory management
• Experience with SAP implementation Data analysis and reporting skills

Nice to have: 

Direct Store Delivery experience
