Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our EMEA Payroll & Time Center of Excellence. This role plays a key part in shaping, governing, and optimizing payroll and time‑management processes across the region, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Responsible for supporting EMEA Payroll & Time COE in the overseeing, managing & administering this function in alignment with the company’s strategic business objectives. Work closely with respective Country Human Resources (HR) representatives, business leaders, various HR functions and Global Payroll & Time COE to ensure it is aligned to regulators’ requirement and support the business goals and objectives of the organization.

How You Will Do It

  • Regionally coordinating global projects/M&A/Divestitures related to payroll and time management.
  • Project management and representation of services in Stakeholder and HRIT projects, discussions, and strategy
  • Support development of governance of pay policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company standards. Support that all updates are visible at HR Atlas
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations laws related to payroll and time management.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure the governance of payroll and time management in place. 
  • Support in building relationships with payroll vendors through regular meetings and collaborate closely to maintain service delivery standards, oversee EMEA payroll service levels and ensure compliance to local regulations.
  • Analyze payroll data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Driving process standardization and optimization through continuous improvement and automation.
  • Responsible to update and align standard global Payroll & Time report formats.
  • Responsible for various EMEA reporting, their distribution and accurate processing
  • Support various projects from Payroll & Time perspective plus ad hoc reporting

What We Look For

Required

  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in HR generalist or Payroll or HR operations
  • High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects successfully and simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand and develop successful partnerships with customers.

Preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Excellent Analytical and computer skills
  • Experience with Pover BI and core system – WorkDay and ServiceNow in an advantage
  • Experience in EMEA payroll vendors vendors and country regulations is preferred

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
