The Product Director Key Account Marketing & Execution, CAPLYTA will lead development and execution of channel-specific strategy and marketing solutions within the mental health ecosystem to drive growth and enhance customer engagement for the CAPLYTA business.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead key account strategy and channel marketing execution for the Key Account Management (KAM) team across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Federal channels (VA/DOD), ensuring alignment to brand strategy and customer needs.

  • Translate data into action by partnering with Strategy, Insights & Analytics to leverage market research, performance data, and analytics that inform account-level strategies and execution.

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the KAM team, identifying growth opportunities and leading development of best-in-class tools, resources, and messaging to enable high-impact customer engagement.

  • Develop and deliver channel-specific marketing content and learning experiences in partnership with Learning & Development to support national sales meetings and ongoing field capability development.

  • Lead advisory boards, market research, and analytic initiatives to generate actionable insights that shape channel strategy and inform key account marketing investments.

  • Drive prioritization and execution of IDN and Federal conferences, partnering with the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team to maximize strategic and educational impact.

  • Define success metrics and track performance of channel initiatives to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact on access, adoption, and account performance.

Qualifications

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Access, or Managed Care Account Management

  • Strong marketing proficiency, project management and executive communication skills required along with demonstrated presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive impactful cross-functional collaboration  

  • A demonstrated ability to be proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required

  • Neuroscience experience preferred.

This role is based in Titusville NJ and requires up to 25% travel (US with limited OUS travel).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
