We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to support Aliaxis’ Corporate Strategy Team on high priority initiatives for the Executive Committee and the Board. 

In this global role, you will help address various strategic questions, spanning market performance, growth opportunities, portfolio priorities, and major operational transformations.

Job description 

The Corporate Strategy Analyst plays a key role by delivering high quality analytical insights across a wide range of Group-level strategic projects. 

Assignments typically last 1 to 6 months, may include international travel, and cover topics such as: market and competitive assessments, portfolio strategy, operational footprint reviews, value pool analyses, and due diligence. 

Key responsibilities are: 

Competition & Market Analysis 

  • Analyse industry trends, market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes to identify risks and opportunities. 

  • Monitor competitor activity and prepare quarterly benchmarks for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. 

  • Strengthen the breadth, quality, and insightfulness of reports by leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools. 

Strategic Analysis & Project Management 

  • Structure projects into concrete steps, follow up with teams and track progress until completion  

  • Run factbased analyses on markets, competitors and company performance. 

  • Develop concise, reliable and visually clear materials, and recommendations (presentations, memos, dashboards) used in leadership meetings, Executive Committee or Board discussions. 

 

Requirements 

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, such as in a strategy consulting firm, or in house corporate strategy / transformation / operational excellence team, supported by a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering. 

  • Hands-on experience in market research and industry trend analysis, including creation of executive level reports, dashboards, and data driven insights.  

  • Interest in digital and AI, with a natural reflex to leverage AI tools to innovate, automate, and optimize workflows.  

  • Strong analytical and financial capabilities, including financial statements interpretation and business case modelling, with rigorous attention to detail and quality checking.  

  • Experience coordinating cross functional projects, in fast paced, international environments. 

  • Proactive, accountable, and able to ramp up quickly while delivering high quality outputs 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels in the organization, including executive levels, with strong English proficiency and openness to be internationally mobile.  

  • Interest in industrial and manufacturing environments.
