What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals.

• Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high‑performing, safety‑driven teams

• Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant, and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions

• Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high‑hazard environments

• Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity

• Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
