What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
- Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals.
What Are We Looking For
• Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high‑performing, safety‑driven teams
• Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant, and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions
• Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high‑hazard environments
• Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity
• Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
