Purpose of the Job:

  • To participate on ongoing project S4 implementation related to Source to Pay functional process  

  • Support SAP users ( around 1800) in S2P Module of SAP as well as 3rd Party Systems related with these areas. Provide Support in IT Projects as required as responsible of mentioned SAP Functionalities. 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Functional BPOs during all project phases and workshops to support design decisions, process alignment, and delivery of S2P solution.

  • Support system design and master data migration activities impacting SAP functional areas.

  • Develop a strong understanding of business processes and apply SAP functional knowledge to support business operations.

  • Support training and testing activities as required by the business.

  • Support End Users using Business Systems used in Source to Pay (S2P) functional process on daily basis.

  • Proactively handle BAU support activities using the global ticketing tool, ensuring timely resolution and regular updates for all assigned tickets.

  • Maintain close collaboration with third-party stakeholders to ensure effective end-user support for S2P-related business systems.

  • Support and execute testing activities for system changes impacting S2P functional processes, including validation and defect resolution.

  • Document all changes in Business Systems in S2P function process area.

  • Collaborate closely and on a regular basis with the S2P Functional Team Leader, Key Users, Business Process Leaders, and Business Process Owner to support BAU operations and project delivery.

  • Participate in various projects related to the S2P functional process.

Job Requirement:

  • Good knowledge of S4 S2P processes and settings 

  • Advanced SAP MM module knowledge 

  • Knowledge of VIM and Ariba (good to have, but no showstopper) 

  • Other SAP modules awareness 

  • Advanced ITIL processes awareness (preferable) 

  • Microsoft Office skills 

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English 

  • Soft skills: working under pressure, team cooperation, ready to learn, adoption to change
