Votre mission
Au cœur de l’innovation, vous contribuez au développement de solutions techniques performantes pour des applications industrielles. Intégré à une équipe Agile, vous participez à la définition et à la réalisation de produits à forte valeur ajoutée, de l’idée jusqu’à la mise en production.

Responsabilités

Concevoir et améliorer des solutions électromécaniques pour la gamme de contacteurs et ses applications
Participer aux projets R&D de bout en bout, en lien avec des équipes locales et internationales
Contribuer à la stratégie produit en interaction avec le Product Owner
Assurer la veille technologique et identifier les axes d’innovation et les risques projets
Optimiser les processus et apporter un support technique aux équipes et aux clients
Partager les bonnes pratiques au sein du chapter design et accompagner la montée en compétences de l’équipe

Profil recherché

Diplôme de niveau Master en génie mécanique, mécatronique ou équivalent
Expérience significative en conception électromécanique
Maîtrise des outils de CAO (CREO apprécié)
Connaissance des produits électriques de distribution/contrôle
Familiarité avec les méthodes Agile / Scrum
Bon niveau en français et en anglais
