職務内容：

苦情対応部門において、市場からの品質及び不具合等の情報（苦情）を適切に受理、収集し、データベースへの登録を行う業務です。

主な責務：

• 電話またはWeb経由で受理した苦情について、情報収集を適切に行い、記録する。

• AIのアシストを搭載したグローバルアプリケーションを活用しながら、効率的に情報を整理し、顧客対応及び品質改善に貢献する。

• 収集した苦情のうち、安全性に関する内容（メディカル苦情）については、安全管理部門と連携し、迅速に情報収集と共有を行う。

• 顧客の声に真摯に向き合い、ニーズに寄り添いながらも法令及び社内規定に則った最適な解決策を提示する。  

• より質の高い顧客体験を実現するため、応対スキルの向上に継続的に取り組む。

必須要件：

• 顧客対応（電話またはメール）の実務経験

• PC複数画面操作、電話対応時の同時入力スキル

• 基本的なPCスキル（データ入力、Microsoft Word・Excelの基本操作）

• リーダーの指揮・指導のもと、与えられた任務を遂行できる能力

• 高いコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文章）

• 業務に対する高い学習意欲
