The Position

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting.

Position Summary: As an Automation Business Analyst, you will support automation business partners assessing and documenting automation ideas at the earliest stage. Your critical thinking and ability to elicit high-level requirements from stakeholders will be greatly needed to select the most promising candidates. Once an idea is confirmed, your detailed documentation and communication skills will play an important role to map and document the end-to-end of the processes, including the AS-IS and TO-BE. At a later stage, your detailed requirements will help developers initiate the development phase and afterwards test the solution (UAT). Once solutions are in production, you will keep key solution documentation up-to-date so our portfolio of solutions reflects the business needs. In the entire cycle just described, you will support the automation business partner

The Opportunity:

  • Support the regional automation business partner in preparing automation projects for development and ensuring their timely delivery, including creating relevant project documentation (process designs, requirements, status reports) and maintaining/updating documentation for deployed solutions and the overall portfolio.

  • Facilitate process improvement and automation use case identification by collaborating with process experts, business partners, and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities and define suitable automation solutions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify repetitive process and system issues, working with other teams to implement both process and technical changes that close gaps and improve performance.

  • Work closely with Automation Developers across design, deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and operational phases to ensure robust delivery and support of automation solutions.

  • Foster an innovative mindset in the organization by promoting new ideas, helping to create meaningful project and portfolio artifacts that clearly depict ongoing projects and deployed solutions.

Who you are:

  • Advanced English and strong business skills, including good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities; a proactive and highly motivated learning attitude; an entrepreneurial mindset; and the ability to navigate a complex, broad, diverse organization and liaise effectively across functions and entities.

  • Proven capability to translate business requirements into automation specifications (e.g., process maps, summaries, visualizations), distinguish root causes from symptoms, and (as a plus) apply Agile/Lean methodologies and project management skills.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Automation or Software Development projects (must), with experience in Global Business Services or regional/global projects considered a plus.

  • System-related skills include experience with SAP S/4HANA (plus) and familiarity with the UiPath platform (e.g., Task Capture, Document Understanding, and Action Center) is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline (plus), with additional Lean Six Sigma experience/certifications and Business Process Modeling certifications also considered a plus.

Please note: Resumes must be submitted in English, as our interview panel may include participants from outside your local country.
