Overview / Purpose of the position

  • To identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities Commercial

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using Salesforce tools

Product Knowledge

  • Articulate why BSI Assurance Certification is the market leader in assurance business.

  • Apply product features and benefits to customers’ needs to win business.

  • Articulate BSI’s Certification products and qualifications to generate returning client sales.

Customer Focus

  • Can articulate to clients the value of using the portfolio of BSI products and services to meet their needs.

  • Able to demonstrate high quality and reliability in the delivery of the activity.

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

  • Min of 3 years of solid experience in Sales

  • Min of 1-year commercial experience in the assurance business in the ID market. A good grasp of the ISO assurance certification market will be an added advantage.

  • Proven track record of Assurance Certification business with a proven revenue growth record.

  • Deep social media and digital marketing knowledge and proven experience.

  • Excellent in presentation skills.

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
