This Senior Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted executive partner, providing high-level administrative and operational support to four senior leaders and their teams while acting as a professional ambassador to internal and external stakeholders. The position manages complex scheduling, communications, travel coordination, and meeting logistics, ensuring executives remain focused on strategic priorities while deadlines and deliverables are consistently met. This role contributes to division-wide needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position will be a hybrid office position at our Birmingham, Alabama location.
