We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us drive growth across the UK and Ireland by executing high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with local consumers.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Global Proposition and Campaigns team. While our scope covers multi-market global initiatives, this role is the heartbeat of our UK and Ireland (UKI) execution, acting as a centre of excellence for end-to-end campaign development.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Execute end-to-end local initiatives, leading the development of bespoke marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the unique needs of the UKI market.

  • Partner with Creative and Media teams to localise and traffic assets across all channels, including ATL, digital, and out-of-home, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Drive project workflows, managing asset requirements and stakeholder alignment to ensure every campaign is delivered on time and integrated with our media strategy.

  • Own campaign impact by monitoring performance against defined KPIs and ensuring all marketing activity contributes to our commercial goals.

  • Synthesise post-campaign analysis, translating complex performance data into actionable insights that fuel continuous improvement for future strategies.
