Account Executive – Middle East

Location: UAE or Saudi Arabia

Wall Street Prep (WSP) is a global leader in financial training, partnering with top investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions to build elite finance talent.

We are scaling rapidly across the Middle East—and we’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to help accelerate that growth.

This is a true hunter role. You’ll be on the front lines—opening doors, building relationships, and closing high-value deals with some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world.

What You’ll Do

Win New Business

  • Proactively source, prospect, and generate new opportunities across the Middle East
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first outreach to signed deal
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

Close High-Value Deals

  • Sell training and learning solutions into banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions
  • Lead commercial conversations and navigate complex buying processes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to structure and close deals

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations
  • Position yourself as a trusted partner—not just a vendor
  • Expand existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities

Be the Face of WSP in the Region

  • Represent WSP in client meetings, events, and industry conferences
  • Build brand presence and credibility in the Middle East market
  • Provide market feedback to refine our go-to-market approach

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (hunter mentality required)
  • Experience selling into financial institutions, banks, or related sectors is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence in client-facing situations
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a region
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed
