How Will You Make an Impact?

The Senior Test Technician position will be responsible for the alignment and testing of various scientific instruments to support the production goals of a work cell. You will be part of an engaging team and collaborate with your colleagues to solve problems and drive continuous improvement!

Responsibilities:

  • Complete alignment and testing of assemblies and instruments to ensure they meet all quality standards while consistently meeting productivity goals.

  • Follow work instructions for mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies, material handling, and inventory verification.

  • Trained in multiple areas of a production cell and able to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Communicates effectively with team members and other support functions. Contributes to a positive team culture.



Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience testing complex electromechanical systems

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

May require exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
