Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and profit target achievement, recommend appropriate product and solution to customer, and implement company strategy and grow business in specific area. You will report to Senior Sales Manager. You will base in Fujian while looking over business all-over south-China.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for commercial activity and sales of key accounts in assigned area.
Promote new product and technology to customer.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and account receiving, convert conflict to win-win.
Manager effective demand forecast, and ensure on time delivery.
Coordinate team work to address critical issues among production, QC, supply chain, technical, financial and customer.
Make customer business action plan, ensure sales goal attainment, and profit objective.
Collect and analyze customer and market intelligence to support developing product & sales strategies and implement global and regional sales strategies.
Report to regional sales manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred major in coating, chemical or automotive equivalent.
3 years sales or technical service working experience in Coatings is preferred.
Aggressive business development ability, keep on learning new things.
Good English both written and oral.
Good interpersonal communication and coordination skill.
