Job Description Summary

This role assists IT Supplier Risk Management in research, organization, compilation, analysis, tracking and reporting of the Raymond James IT Suppliers. This position will also be responsible for monitoring, reporting and conducting analysis on the IT contingent workforce.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Technical Skills/Experience:

  • Data analytical experience in an IT, operations, or service management environment to identify risk and improvement opportunities

  • Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLookUp

  • Manage large data sets with accuracy and great attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Excel, and Tableau

  • Execute against IT Supplier Management programs ensuring regulatory artifacts are completed on time with a high degree of quality and autonomy

  • Execute against IT Supplier Management Office strategy and related programs to ensure they meet Technology and Business needs, using a pragmatic and integrated approaches

  • Recommend process improvements for departmental and team enhancements as well as procedures to improve internal controls

  • Ensure Supplier Risk Management and Procurement requirements are met, supplier related risks are identified with corresponding actions plans created, and cost optimization is achieved in the contingent worker programs

  • Support the management of IT suppliers by tracking performance metrics, SLAs, and reporting on service delivery outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Preform Data Analysis within IT and service management environments

  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards using Excel, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Tableau to support supplier management and leadership decision making

  • Own day-to-day execution of IT Supplier Management activities, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards while meeting required timelines and quality expectations

  • Partner with Technology, Business, Procurement, Risk, and other stakeholders to support supplier oversight, performance reviews, and issue resolution

  • Support end-to-end supplier lifecycle activities including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, performance tracking, and remediation efforts

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and management artifacts to support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal governance needs

  • Track and communicate supplier performance, enabling informed decision-making and continuous service improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency across IT Supplier Management programs

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and autonomy when managing data, supplier documentation, and reporting deliverables
