Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly outbound airwaybill maintenance control list.

  • Make airline booking through Cubeforall system for both regular and ad-hoc consignments and follow up on the space booked.

  • Prepare manual master airwaybill (MAWB typing) weekly.

  • Prepare vendor's ECC and normal counter bookings weekly.

  • Prepare outbound check-off list for the following week.

  • Send outbound MAWB maintenance and outbound check-off list to Operations (Hub, DM and BC)

  • Daily segregation of outbound MAWB audit, discrepancy and prepare utilization MAWB record by Agent.

  • Retrieve outbound MAWB (Fri-Sun) and arrange by flight.

  • Retrieve export control form and sort by date from Hub Operations.

  • Matching the manifest for piece and weight against MAWB and control form.

  • Manual update in the outbound/inbound check-off list and key entry into system.

  • Month end filling of paper works.

  • Send Agent and Airline Invoice to GBS team after getting approval from HOD.

  • Prepare, record and account for yellow and black container seals for distribution to Operations and Security.

  • Prepare green (commercial) and yellow (UPS Browntail) loader control forms for export.

  • Perform documentation duties including preparing MAWB, export control forms, pre-alerts and liaison with Airfreight Terminals.

  • Prepare booking advices for import volume retrievals.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or ITE Certificate.

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in using the computer and Microsoft Office application e.g. MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup), MS Word, Power Point.

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Willing to undergo background/criminal check as this role requires working in a security-regulated area
