About the role
As a Commercial Product Manager – Data and AI, you will lead the strategy and delivery of data and artificial intelligence capabilities across enterprise financial solutions. You will identify growth opportunities where AI can improve client workflows, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Working closely with clients, engineering, and commercial teams, you will help translate market needs into scalable, market-ready products.

You will join a collaborative team responsible for defining product strategy and driving business outcomes across complex financial solutions. The team partners closely with engineering, client support, and professional services to deliver high-impact data and AI products. As a Commercial Product Manager – Data and AI, you will help ensure products meet client needs while supporting revenue growth and long-term product strategy.
What you will be doing
Define and execute a unified data and artificial intelligence product strategy aligned to commercial growth opportunities.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases that enhance client workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Partner with engineering and analytics teams to deliver enterprise-scale data platforms, including commercial data lakes and AI-enabled features.
Work directly with clients and sales partners to support product positioning, client engagement, and solution adoption.
Define and prioritize data science and artificial intelligence use cases, partnering closely with engineering to design features such as predictive models, automation, and intelligent insights.
Work hands-on with data scientists and AI engineers to shape model requirements, training data needs, evaluation metrics, and deployment considerations.
Guide to the development of enterprise data platforms, including commercial data lakes and analytics pipelines, to support scalable AI solutions.
Translate complex modeling and AI concepts into clear product requirements, client value propositions, and measurable business outcomes.
Act as a Commercial Product Manager – Data and AI who bridges product strategy, applied data science, and production-grade AI delivery.
What you will need
Experience working with data platforms, analytics solutions, or artificial intelligence initiatives in a commercial or enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of how data products and AI capabilities are designed, built, tested, and delivered into production.
Ability to translate client or business requirements into clear product capabilities and roadmaps.
Proven ability to work independently, drive initiatives forward, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Added bonus if you have
Experience in financial services, capital markets, or post-trade processing environments.
Background in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.
Experience supporting client-facing product strategy or commercial growth initiatives.
