This position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Specialist__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: On Site.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support the creation and management of Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of supplier quotations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Help manage internal approval workflows, following up with stakeholders to avoid delays.
- Participate in invoice review and validation to ensure alignment with approved quotes and POs.
- Monitor project implementation progress and provide follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, operations) to support planning activities.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all procurement and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with at least one year remaining before graduation in International Relations, International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and organize data effectively.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.
- Effective communication skills with a proactive approach.
- Outgoing and confident personality, comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
