Position Details
- Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Employment Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time
- Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour, DOE
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide support with feeding and hydration as needed
- Take and document vital signs
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Ensure resident comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Work collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA certification in good standing
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident‑focused attitude
