We are currently looking for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Technology team in Charlotte, NC.
Our experienced associate position offers a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. The experienced associate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The experienced associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

1 – 2 years of Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience
Prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $175,000 - $200,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
