About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead our Customer Success team within our Growth function as the Manager, Customer Success. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales performance, optimise onboarding experiences, and help customers realise value quickly and confidently.

You’ll coach and develop a high-performing team, own key commercial and customer success metrics, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Operations to continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey.
