As a Senior UX Manager, you will report to the VP of Technology. You will lead and oversee the User Experience function at Zensurance. You will own the end-to-end user experience across complex, multi-personal product ecosystem and build the team and practices to support it.

You will be shaping UX across:

Customer-facing flows — quoting, applications, checkout (payments, e-signature, address confirmation), self-serve endorsements, and renewals
Broker/agent experiences — tools for intermediaries managing policies on behalf of clients
Internal operations tools — underwriting dashboards, pricing analytics, low-code builders, document management, and exception handling.
A design system and component library — by modernizing and evangelizing an existing atomic design system.
