In this role at Super Technologies, you’ll be at the heart of our most valued customer relationships, delivering a premium and highly personalized experience to our VIP clients. You’ll combine exceptional communication skills with a proactive, detail-driven approach to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations at every touchpoint. Working closely across internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless service, swift issue resolution, and long-term client loyalty. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position where your ability to prioritize, analyze client behavior, and build meaningful connections will truly shine.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute a data-driven, relationship-focused VIP strategy to maximise customer value, retention, and long-term loyalty.
- Ensure that high-value customers receive a premium, personalised and compliant experience across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with CRM, Commercial, Product and Marketing teams to align offers, campaigns and experiences for VIP players.
- Deploy VIP incentives and rewards profitably through structured planning, monitoring and optimization.
- Develop tailored account plans for key VIP customers based on player profile, preferences and value.
- Ensure full compliance with responsible gaming, AML and local regulations for all VIP activities.
- Represent the VIP function internally, ensuring transparency, alignment and data-backed decision-making.
- Organizing and coordinating client-facing events, meetings, and other engagement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with key clients (B2B and/or B2C) and strong confidence in this area.
- Experience in planning and delivering meetings and events aimed directly at clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends) and undertake multi-day business trips, including international travel.
- A genuine passion for sport and an active lifestyle, with the ability to inspire others and use it to build client relationships.
- Exceptional composure and professionalism, with the ability to maintain class and courtesy even in face-to-face interactions with the most demanding clients.
- Native Polish speaker with a good command of English (at least basic/communicative level).
- Excellent written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a talent for building lasting relationships with diverse partners.
- Open, empathetic, and enthusiastic attitude, combined with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently to achieve results while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the team.
Desired but not Essential:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online gambling;
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills;
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer success platforms
