Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join a specialist post-16 educational provision based in Uxbridge, London.

This community-based setting supports approximately 75 students aged 16 to 25 with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including complex learning difficulties and autism. The provision delivers a vocational curriculum focused on developing communication, independence, and employability skills. • Support students in developing functional communication skills for everyday life, education, and employment.
  • Contribute to reviews, reports, and target setting in line with EHCP requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
