The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and supporting marketing initiatives across all three Fontaine Spray Suppression brands. This role focuses on dealer network management, new business development, customer engagement, and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a solid work ethic, an interest in the automotive/trucking/transportation industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Sales & Customer Management
- Manage and support the existing dealer network to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize sales reports and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Work to increase market share across all three brands.
- Advise management on new product introductions and communicate updates to customers.
- Assist customers in improving their familiarity with products and applications.
- Analyze and pursue new customer opportunities through inside and outside leads.
- Follow up on dealer visits, calls, and inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Compile and manage lists of prospective customers using trade shows, inquiries, directories, online sources, and other lead‑generation tools.
- Make outbound calls and send follow‑up emails to qualify leads and promote products.
- Overcome technical and business objections from prospective customers.
- Provide accurate delivery estimates based on production and shipping schedules.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across all channels.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and business transactions.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues in collaboration with Customer Service.
- Work with internal teams to assist customers on collection of past‑due accounts.
Customer Service Support
- Act as an extension of the Customer Service team by assisting with order processing, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, updating customer accounts, and coordinating with internal departments. Serve as the designated backup during high‑volume periods or absences to maintain service continuity and uphold customer satisfaction standards.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support new product introductions and communicate updates to customers and dealers.
- Promote new products and programs through targeted outreach and marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing collateral including direct mail pieces, e‑blasts, online ads, banners, and trade show materials.
- Manage and update prospect databases to maximize market reach.
- Attend trade shows to expand customer base, strengthen relationships, and increase market share.
- Mail correspondence and promotions to current and prospective customers.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business discipline, or combination of education and related experience.
