This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to two Technology leaders within CVS Health’s Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Technology leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate and support team meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions
- Serve as a liaison between leaders, teams, and cross-functional partners
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Track and process expense reports, invoices, and purchase requests in a timely manner
- Assist with onboarding activities for new team members
- Support team engagement initiatives, events, and organizational communications
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting leaders in a technology or engineering environment
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $49.08This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
