About the position
The Digital Health, AI and MedTech vertical at PATH is seeking a Program Associate to contribute to programmatic activities under the portfolio for the health technology innovations including AI enabled medical devices, diagnostics, and other digital technologies etc.
Responsibilities:
Support the MedTech innovations portfolio by scouting, filed assessments and evaluation of new technologies in accordance with the country priorities in South Asia and neighbouring regions.
Conduct literature reviews, create knowledge products such as concept notes, reports, and support the team in the dissemination of PATH’s work on different platforms.
Support in the creation of presentations for updates and meetings
Coordinate with innovators, donors, government and other stakeholders on emerging technologies, for programmatic activities.
Be a part of the team to support state-level, national and regional demonstration and evidence generation for new technology adoption for public health impact.
Undertake other tasks which may be assigned from time to time supporting the activities of the vertical.
Available to travel nationally/ internationally up to 30 percent.
Required Experience
Post-graduate degree preferably in Public Health/ Bio-medical / Life Sciences/ Health Administration.
Demonstrated experience in research and documentation
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi is essential.
Desirable Experience
Working experience in public health, strategy, industry, incubators, global health, development organization or a combination of these either as intern or entry level employee.
Experience with medical device implementation in public health programs / technology transfers / health technology assessment (either/or/all)
Previous experience to engage with donors, multi-lateral organizations, governments, non-profit partners is desirable.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based organizational structure, including partners and other collaborators.
Ability to work with people with divergent points of view and to respectfully navigate differences.
Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and CANVA
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have legal authorization to work in India.
