Job Title: Senior HSE Supervisor – WHT’s, Subsea Piping & laying Project
KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi and will then move to the Offshore Site Location 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off ( Rotation Cycle) AND 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off Rotation cycle ( as per project requirement).
Key Responsibilities
The Senior HSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures during Wellhead Tie-ins (WHT), subsea piping, and pipeline laying activities. The role ensures compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines while promoting a strong safety culture across offshore construction operations. Requirements
- Minimum Overall 15+ years of experience
- 10+Years in oil and Gas industry.
- Must have previous experience working in offshore projects - EPC or PMC.
- We must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil & Gas projects.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
- 0–15+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, with at least:
- 5+ years in offshore/subsea projects
- Experience in WHT, subsea pipeline installation, and marine operations
- Strong familiarity with offshore project execution environments
