About the location:

About the role
As Director of Rooms at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will lead all front-of-house and rooms division operations, ensuring an exceptional and seamless guest experience across all touchpoints. This role is instrumental in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and team engagement in alignment with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do

  • Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Concierge operations with focus on guest satisfaction

  • Drive departmental performance through effective planning, budgeting, and team leadership

  • Ensure seamless collaboration across departments for consistent guest journeys

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Rooms Division teams

  • Monitor key metrics including guest satisfaction, occupancy, and revenue performance

  • Uphold Four Seasons service standards and Swiss hospitality regulations

  • Respond proactively to guest feedback and maintain quality assurance processes

  • Support property initiatives and contribute to overall operational excellence

What you bring

  • 5+ years leadership experience in luxury hotel Rooms Division

  • Proven success managing Front Office and Housekeeping operations

  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (English fluency required combined with German or French, additional languages advantageous)

  • Familiarity with luxury service standards

  • Swiss passport, EU passport, or current Swiss work permit required (Swiss regulations make this mandatory for employment)

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full-time position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays per seasonality

  • Typical opening times: June-September (summer), December-March (winter)
