Client Service Representative (CSR)

Denver Veterinary Specialists (DVS) is seeking Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing specialty team at our Lowry and Wash Park locations. This is a dual-position posting for two separate roles, and candidates may apply for either location based on interest and availability.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new specialty practice from the beginning, with training provided prior to the opening of our Denver locations.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Availability to work weekends in the future as the practice grows

Training & Location Information

All hired CSRs will complete initial training at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. Training will continue until the opening of our Denver Veterinary Specialists locations.
We plan to open our Denver locations with a target opening of June 2026.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service required; veterinary or medical front-desk experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, specialty environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor
Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling, billing, and medical records
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients in a professional, welcoming manner
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage referrals for specialty services
Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information
