The Opportunity:
As an intern on the global Early in Career (EiC) team, you will be a key member of the Integrated Workforce Strategy (IWS) organization at Roche which encompasses many critical areas of talent attraction, talent pipelining and recruitment.
The EiC team is key to executing the company’s strategy to accelerate the advancement of outstanding talent at early stages in their career to enable workforce strategies in service of Roche’s business strategies.
You take full ownership of impactful projects within early talent management to drive meaningful outcomes for the organization.
Creating unparalleled experiences for early talent is central to your work, fostering development, networking, and a strong sense of community.
You lead or collaborate on dynamic intern committees to design innovative initiatives that create exceptional, engaging experiences for early talent.
You drive and participate in talent engagement and outreach activities that inspire and connect with the next generation of key talent.
You partner closely with EiC teams, business leaders, and People & Culture (P&C) colleagues regionally and globally to support operations, build relationships, and grow your expertise.
Who you are:
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, or have graduated within 12 months of the internship start date, with relevant expertise in HR management, organizational development, communications, or a related business field.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to culture, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Your stakeholder management skills enable you to analyze and identify customer needs, effectively translating them into appropriate actions from an end-to-end perspective.
You are able to approach complex problems, organize tasks, and drive actionable solutions and results.
Proficiency in English is required, while any knowledge of German, French is a distinct advantage for this role.
