For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.

Role Overview
The Global Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for defining and executing the firm’s global recruiting strategy and building a scalable talent acquisition function across all regions and business lines. This role provides strategic leadership over global recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent infrastructure to support the organization’s long-term growth objectives. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition partners closely with business leaders, HR, Finance, and Operations to anticipate workforce needs, refine recruiting frameworks, and build a high-performing global talent function. This leader will establish best-in-class recruiting processes, systems, and communications while driving a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all offices internationally.
