About the role
Role Overview
The L4 Analyst will manage critical components of Ad Revenue financial operations and Media Reconciliation processes. This role is responsible for driving execution excellence, supporting transformation initiatives, and leading a team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations Execution
- Manage day-to-day operations across billing, invoicing, cash application, and collections
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, accuracy, and process consistency
- Review outputs and resolve escalations
2. Reconciliation & Controls
- Own media/revenue reconciliation processes
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy of revenue reporting and maintain audit trails
3. Process Improvement & Transformation Support
- Support advertiser migrations to new platforms
- Execute SOPs and refine post-migration processes
- Identify automation opportunities
4. Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Support collections strategy execution
- Assist in bad debt analysis
5. SOX Compliance & Controls Execution
- Execute and monitor SOX controls
- Support audit requests and remediation
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / CA Inter / CPA / CWA / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com / M. Fin or equivalent
- 4–8 years of experience in finance operations
- Experience in billing, collections, and reconciliation
- Exposure to SOX controls and audit processes
