Position Overview
The Trademarketing Manager is responsible for the design, execution, and follow‑up of commercial and trademarketing strategies across B2B and Retail channels, including pharmacy chains, distributors, point of sale, and e‑commerce. Reporting to the Director of B2B, this role plays a key part in driving patient access, commercial performance, and execution excellence while ensuring full compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Programs (B2B & B2C)
- Design, implement, and closely follow up on commercial and trademarketing programs across Retail channels and distributors.
- Lead the implementation of programs in pharmacy chains, point of sale, and e‑commerce platforms, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business strategy.
- Partner with key retail customers to co‑develop value‑adding initiatives that improve patient access and commercial performance.
Communication, Training & Field Execution
- Design and lead the communication strategy for point of sale, including materials for patients and pharmacy clerks.
- Define and execute training strategies for pharmacy clerks and internal sales teams to ensure clear understanding and correct execution of commercial programs.
- Define the visit strategy and execution model for sales representatives at point of sale, ensuring alignment with trademarketing objectives.
Performance Tracking & Patient Experience
- Monitor and analyze sell‑out performance, share of market, and execution quality at point of sale.
- Track and assess patient experience at point of sale, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and journey.
- Follow up on patient adherence and persistence to treatment, leveraging insights to optimize commercial programs and execution.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all trademarketing and commercial activities are executed in full compliance with Legal, Ethics & Compliance (E&C), and Regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for compliance and legal alignment related to trademarketing initiatives and commercial programs.
Budget & Contract Ownership
- Own and manage the trademarketing and B2B investment budget, ensuring efficient allocation and strong financial discipline.
- Lead the follow‑up and management of all contracts related to trademarketing initiatives, agencies, and suppliers, in close collaboration with Finance and Legal teams.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with KAMS, Brands, Sales, Finance, Legal, E&C, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
- Serve as the B2B trademarketing lead for pharmacy chains and retail customers.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of total professional experience, with at least 3+ years in similar trademarketing, Strategy or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience working with pharmacy chains and retail channels, with a strong understanding of the pharmacy channel dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing commercial programs at point of sale and e‑commerce.
- Strong understanding of sell‑out, share of market, and patient‑centric KPIs.
- Experience managing budgets and contracts in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability to operate effectively within complex compliance, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
