Job Description

The Chief of Staff Is responsible for coordinating the preparation or compilation of information for reports and presentations of the General Director and the Management Committee, for communication at the internal level (NRFM), with a brand or distributor association at the national level, or in regional or global forums. He collaborates with continuous improvement initiatives in NRFM’s corporate governance. Likewise, he is responsible for managing special projects assigned by the General Director.

A Day in the Life:     

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of information included in executive presentations and reports required by the General Director, aimed at global forums (Japan) and regional forums (North America), for NRFM internal meetings, and any other forums.
  • Contribute to and lead the implementation of continuous improvements in corporate governance best practices at NRFM.
  • Act as secretary of the Management Committee and organize its sessions, seeking to implement continuous improvements.
  • Support the coordination of joint initiatives between NRFM and any Alliance company.

Who We’re Looking for:  

Required:  

  • Analytical skills, particularly focused on financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer software packages.
  • Orientation toward cross-functional work and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Desirable knowledge in project management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with NRFM’s strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Assist the General Director in defining priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects or governance processes and propose mitigation strategies.

Desired: 

  • Minimum of 5 years in administrative roles within the automotive and financial sectors.
  • Project management, use of project management programs, knowledge of project work methodologies, fluent use of MS Office
  • Previous experience working directly with C-level executives.
  • Exposure to corporate governance frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience in multinational corporations, ideally with cross-border collaboration.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
